Receptionist - Panshanger Golf Complex

Working at Panshanger Golf Complex and as the first point of contact for all visitors, you will need to be an articulate and well-presented individual with proven first class customer care skills.

Experience of working with the public and cash handling is essential and although part of a team, the ability to work on your own initiative at times is necessary.  Sales experience and computer literacy would be an advantage although full training will be given.


Front of House Assistant - Hatfield Swim & Leisure Centres

The role:

To assist with the delivery of Finesse's Front of House service and achievement of excellent customer satisfaction levels; being the first point of contact for all customer related queries received by telephone, email or personally.

Essential requirements:

  • Customer service skills
  • Cash handling experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work on own initiative

Receptionist (Seasonal) - Stanborough Activity Centre

Finesse are looking for hardworking, ehthusiastic and responsible candidates to join the reception team.

The role includes assisting with the daily setting up of the facility, handling general site and park enquiries, collection of fees for bookings and re-sale goods and cash reconcilliation.

Candidates must have excvellent customer service skills, PC skills including Word, Excel and till systems, excellent telephone manner, be proactive and be able to solve problems and like working with the public.


Park Ranger - Grounds Maintenance

Finesse are looking for hardworking, enthusiastic and responsible candidates to join the grounds maintenance team.

The role of Park Ranger is essential to the upkeep of the standards of cleanliness within Stanborough Park and other Finesse outdoor sites.

Candidates will be required to collect litter, be a point of contact for visitors and perform site checks.  Candidates must also have excellent customer service skills, enjoy working outdoors and have an interest in the natural environment.


Grounds Maintenance Operative (Seasonal)

Finesse are looking for hardworking, enthusiastic and responsible candidates to join the grounds maintenance team.

The role includes completion of programmed works for grounds maintenance (grass cutting - including ride on mowers, gang mowing and strimming) to maintain park standards, completion of supporting paperwork and to be the main point of reference for the public within the parks.

Candidates must enjoy working outside, be able to complete manual tasks and have excellent customer service skills and like working with the public.

Previous experience of working within grounds maintenance and grass cutting contracts essential.  Candidates must be over 21 with a full, clean drivers licence.


Party Hosts - Hatfield Leisure Centre

We are looking for enthusiastic and responsible individuals to join the Team at Hatfield Leisure Centre to host our childrens' parties.  You will enjoy working with children, organising games and activcities during the party thus ensuring the children attending have a fantastic experience and want to return.

Hatfield Swim Centre - Swim Teachers

We're on the hunt for ASA Level 1 or 2 Qualified Swim Instructors to join our swim school. We run our swim scheme 7 days a week and availability at weekends is essential.

Our program offers a diversity of teaching opportunities from Parent and Baby right through to Water Aquatics and Adults.

You will be responsible for delivering group and individual swim lessons under the supervision of the Swim Lesson Manager.   You will be passionate about swimming and willing to go the extra mile to help our customers reach their goals.
