New for 2011 - Deposits now being taken on all Pay and Play Bookings.
Deposits will be taken for all Pay & Play bookings, including bookings made online. The deposit will be the value of one player for the green fee booked. This is to ensure that all tee times are used in the correct manner and no-one has to miss out on a tee time unnecessarily.
The weather can not be used as a valid reason for a cancellation. Deposits will only be refunded if the course is deemed unplayable by the Head Green Keeper or Finesse Management.
Cancellation Terms are as follows: Before start of play
72 Hours or more - Full Deposit Refund or Transferred to another day.
72 to 24 Hours - 50% Deposit Refund
Under 24 Hours - No Deposit Refunded
Bookings can not be transferred if requested under 72 Hours before the Start of Play.
