Team Building for Corporates

Stanborough Activity Centre has been running Teambuilding for a number of high profile corporate clients for years. We pride ourselves on offering some of the most challenging activities aimed at bringing teams together to reflect and further improve their working relationships.

Our Teambuilding days can be segmented into 2 sorts;
Watersports Activities - 60-90 minute sessions of activities from Sailing, Windsurfing, Kayaking, Bellboating (twin hulled racing canoes) or Archery. It is popular for this to be followed by a 90 minute rafting session for the whole group.

Teambuilding Problem Solving Activities - Half or Full days - Theming can be as-you-require or not-at-all. Navigation based, this option provides a variety of problem solving challenges working on communication skills, trust, leadership and intra-personal relations.

Cost is dependant on numbers and length of activity and if "tight budgets" are of a concern we can talk you through the most cost-effective options for your group numbers.

With out past experience we are able to tailor your days to provide the most for your team. We have also extended the 'reach' of the programme with past groups by including a strategic de-brief for each session to highlight key teamwork and leadership issues.
