Since the opening of the first Reflex Health and Fitness Gym in 2001 at Hatfield Leisure Centre, Hertfordshire, we have successfully helped 1000’s of people achieve their goals - whether that be losing weight, toning up or getting fit. The addition of a fantastic new Reflex Fitness facility at Hatfield Swim Centre in 2005 and the refurbishment of the original Reflex facility at the Leisure Centre in 2006 has provided further opportunity for people to take up a healthier lifestyle.

This is called the Reflex Member Journey and consists of a range of benefits that help customers get started and keep motivated. We do this by understanding our customer’s needs and building a programme to satisfy these. This includes:

• An initial 1-to-1 fitness introduction with an instructor.
• A specially designed Progress Pack so you can monitor your achievements.  
• 3 follow-up telephone calls to ensure you are happy with your progress.
• Achievement rewards when you hit workout milestones – 10 visits in the first 30 days, 40 visits and 100 visits.
• Guest weekends so you can workout with a friend.
