MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN (Full-Time)

  

Salary £20,910 (+ 4% Attendance Bonus)

 

Finesse Leisure Partnership is an Industrial & Provident Society responsible for the management of Hatfield Swim Centre, Panshanger Golf Complex, Hatfield Leisure Centre, Stanborough Park, Cemeteries and Outdoor Areas.

 

We are looking to appoint an experienced Maintenance Technician to take responsibility for all repairs and maintenance of the Company’s sites.  Working on your own initiative, you will implement an effective planned maintenance and responsive emergency repair programme. Acting on behalf of the Company in all matters concerning repairs and maintenance, you will supervise both internal and external contractors.

 

The successful candidate will have experience of water treatment, air conditioning, heating and ventilation. An understanding of Health & Safety and swimming pool plant and equipment is essential. You should have good written and verbal communication skills.
