Everybody loves the new Reflex facilities at the Swim Centre. The gym has a really friendly atmosphere that attracts all ages and levels of fitness. The design combines natural light and vibrant colours to inspire everyone to workout. Reflex Health and Fitness also boasts a seperate Reflex Vibro Studio using the latest Power Plate® machines, combined with our qualified instructors for a unique way to gain so many benefits.
In contrast the spa has everything you need to relax. It provides a luxurious area to enjoy the dry sauna, steam room, spa pools and foot spas. The under floor heating and high quality changing rooms give it that added value. The uniquely designed 33m pool is a really inviting place to swim whether you want to use it as part of your training or as a way of relaxing. We also have great Aquafit workout classes to enjoy.
When the Reflex Health and Fitness suite at Hatfield Leisure Centre was opened in 2001 it was an immediate success as the design provided a great place to workout for all the community. The newly refurbished 50-station gym has everything required to achieve health and fitness goals and the staff are fully qualified in all aspects of health and fitness. In November 2010 a brand new state of the art free weights area was installed to compliment the already outstanding fitness suite.
There is also an extensive group exercise class programme including all the popular activities like aerobics, pump, spinning, boot camp and yoga. Classes are graded at different levels so we have something for everyone from complete beginner to experienced exerciser.
