Customer Care
Finesse Leisure is committed to providing a quality customer experience every time someone visits our facilities. As part of this we have implemented a Customer Care Plan and encourage customer comments to enable us to improve our service. In the early part of 2006 we implemented the Points of View feedback system. This includes:
- Points of View feedback forms available at all facilities for comments and an assessment of our service.
- Managers Question Time - a pre-programmed session every quarter where customers can meet the manager and discuss any issues.
- Website Comment Forms - an easy way to give feedback on-line you can find the form here
- Customer Forums - a small group of interested customers who provide comments and suggestions on a regular basis.
