Refund Policy
Finesse Leisure Partnership Refunds Policy (Booking Online)
When using our online booking facility, the following refunds policy applies:
- Requests for refunds can only be made in writing by email or post, outlining the reason for the refund request and stating any extenuating circumstances which have required the cancellation.
- Requests for refunds cannot be made after the class, course or tee time has commenced (unless extenuating circumstances).
- Golf: No refunds will be made for cancellations given less than 7 days before the booked tee time, unless offered under extenuating circumstances (at the discretion of Finesse Leisure Partnership)
- Studio Classes: No refunds will be made for cancellations given less than 3 days before the booked classes, unless offered under extenuating circumstances (at the discretion of Finesse Leisure Partnership)
- Stanborough Park Watersports Courses: No refunds will be made for cancellations unless a medical certificate is provided or unless offered under extenuating circumstances (at the discretion of Finesse Leisure Partnership)
