Q. Why has Finesse Leisure Partnership been set up?

Finesse Leisure Partnership has been created in partnership with Welwyn Hatfield Council to deliver, through a Management Agreement, leisure objectives in the Cultural Strategy, which include:

Local community regeneration
Pricing and promotion to balance contribution to costs from visitors too the area
Support and access to disadvantaged, socially excluded targeted groups
Promote the benefits of healthy living

This will be best achieved through the fundamental principles of sound financial and operational management whilst retaining a community and customer focus and having staff who feel valued and enjoy a feeling of ownership
