Welcome to Hatfield Swim Centre. Whether you are an existing user or a first time visitor, we hope that you will find the following information of benefit and that your visit to us is an enjoyable one
Q: When can we use our voucher?
A: Please note vouchers cannot be used on a Saturday or during any of our adults or ladies only sessions
Q: What are the best times for us to come to use the Learner Pool (Suitable for children under 8 years), during School Term Times?
A: Monday - Thursday 12.00 - 1.30pm & Sunday 8.00 - 10.45am, 1.00 - 6.00pm (please note this does include fun swim from 1.00 - 2.30 ratios apply)
Q: What are the best times for us to come to use D Pool/Splash Pool (Ideal for toddlers and non swimmers), during School Term Times?
A: Monday - Friday 9.00am - 6.00pm & Sunday 8.00 - 10.45am and 1.00 - 6.00pm
Q: What are the best times for us to come to “Go Wild” with our Fun Sessions (Suitable for Children 8-16 years), during School Term Times?
A: These sessions incorporating ply mats & floats and diving boards: Sunday 1.00 – 2.30pm
Q: What are the best times to come during the School Holidays
A: We suggest that you either download a copy of our Pool Timetable at www.finesseleisure.com or collect a copy when you visit
Q: What are the admission ratios?
A: See Admission Ratio’s which are downloadable from www.finesseleisure.com
Please note specific ratios apply for younger children (Under 8’s) participating in the Fun Swims
Q: Where do we get an Application Form for FREE Swimming (Available to 16 & under and 60 & over)

Q: Where can we get our goggles, woggles and other swim equipment & toys?
A: We have a range of resale items including goggles, woggles, floats and interactive toys from the Zoggs range
Q: Do you offer Swimming Lessons?
A: We provide swimming lessons for all from 3 months to 60 & over
Enrolment day for the new block of lessons is on the 26th September 2009
Come along and see us between 1.00pm - 5.00pm to check for availability or email Sarah Veasey (Swim Course Co-ordinator) s.veasey@finesseleisure.com to advise us of your requirements
Q: Do you have a crèche
A: Relax and enjoy your swim with your older children whilst your children under 5, can be looked after in our crèche
