New Pilates Programmes for January

Body Tone Pilates
Body Tone Pilates ia an exercise program thats is designed to promote Physical Health by incorporating breathing techniques and body awareness with focused stretching exercises and toning exercises to improve muscular strengh, flexibility and overall physical fitness.
Course Dates:
5th January - Tuesday - Beginners - 7.30pm - 8.30pm
5th January - Tuesday - Intermediate - 8.30pm - 9.30pm
7th January - Thursday - Beginners - 8.30pm - 9.30pm
10 week block booking at Hatfield Swim Centre in the Studio.
Prices:
£42 - Members
£70 - Finesse Card Holders
£100 - Non Members
Body Tone Pilates is not for rehabilitaion purposes but a workout class designed for improving on types of fitness.
