Why you need a Finesse Loyalty Card?
The Card provides savings to all customers using facilities managed by Finesse Leisure Partnership. Every time you use your Finesse Loyalty Card you will receive a saving on the activity price.
How much is the Finesse Loyalty Card?
The Card costs £25 for adults, £10 for juniors, students & senior citizens and £5 for concessionary users. The Card is valid for 12 months and gives savings at selected Finesse Leisure sites. As soon as you receive your Card you can start saving money!
What facilities can I use?
Hatfield Leisure Centre, Hatfield Swim Centre, Panshanger Golf Complex and Reflex Health & Fitness Centres are all managed by Finesse Leisure Partnership. The Card can be used at all Finesse sites except Stanborough Park & Watersports Centre.
Who can apply?
Anyone can have a Finesse Loyalty Card but you must have a Card to receive discounts. Cards must be renewed on an annual basis.

Please note that as of the 1st April 2011 the points system will no longer be applicable to the Finesse Rewards Card Scheme. To replace the points scheme Finesse Card holders will now receive greater discounts for activities.
Points that are already accrued on your account can still be redeemed until 31st March 2012. There will be no increase to the cost of a Finesse Rewards card until 31st March 2012.
The price of activities that can be purchased with a Finesse Rewards Card will be significantly cheaper when compared with a non card holder rate (offering between 13% - 26% discount*)
