The Centre is licensed under the Activity Centres (Young Persons Safety) Act 1995 and is a Royal Yachting Association (RYA) Training Centre and RYA Sailability Foundation Level approved. This means that the Centre conforms to rigorous safety, quality and operational standards that are confirmed annually by RYA site inspections as well as AALA inspections.
