Info for Parents and Carers
All of our instructors and Holiday club staff have received intensive training as well as being full qualified for their specific role. We pride ourselves in only hiring the most suitable, energetic and responsible individuals.
Our activities are planned from the very start of the day to the very end. With little down time we are confident your child will have a great time, experience some long lasting memories and forge new friendships.
Hydration is important to us, and at all times during the day water will be available. Our staff will check that everyone is drinking enough regularly through the day, especially when the sun is shining.
Our location is in a park and around a lake. Moisture can damage electronics. We do ask that you don't pack your child off for the day with any electronics, phones or cameras. We can't be responsible for loss or damage to electronic or other personal property, so please leave all valuables at home. We'll have plenty to do without them.
The safety of all our holiday club members is of the highest importance
On enrolling, each member of our activity club is given 2 ID cards. Please keep these safe as you will need one of these cards each time you drop off and pick up your child. These cards are for you (or any trusted adult you appoint) to drop off / pick up your child.
To ensure the safety of your child you our Activity Leader must see the card if your child is coming or leaving our care.
