RYA Young Sailors Scheme
RS Tera (8–12 years) RS Q'Ba (for 10 years +)
The RYA Youth Sailing Scheme runs in the following stages:
- RYA Stage 1: Introduction to sailing
- RYA Stage 2: Developing skills
- RYA Stage 3: Capable of sailing with minimum supervision in light winds
- RYA Stage 4: Techniques to sail in more challenging conditions in 2 person boats
After your first course we recommend Activity Club or a Youth Better Sailing Course to practice skills and prepare for the next qualification.

- Sailing with Spinnakers
- Seamanship Skills
- Start Racing
- Day Sailing (*Not run at Stanborough Park)
- Performance Sailing (*Not run at Stanborough Park)
